Matt grew up in Cheshire with believing parents. He became a Christian as a young boy through a friend who displayed the infectious joy of knowing Christ. Matt worked in primary education and spent some time serving overseas with OMF. He trained through the North West Gospel Partnership and at Oakhill Theological College, and has been involved in church leadership for the past decade. Matt runs Authentic Bible Crafts, a ministry committed to seeing all ages engage in God's word and church history. He is married to Adele, a trained biblical counsellor (Rock and Refuge Ministries) and they have 8 children under 12. Matt's prayer is to see healthy churches established.

Growing up in the Black Country, Steven became a Christian through the faithful witness of Christian friends both at university and Wem Baptist Church, Shropshire. He later trained for Christian ministry at the Evangelical Theological College of Wales, Bridgend. Working for a number of years in state primary education, he currently works part-time for CheckPoint, a charity which promotes the understanding of Christianity amongst school children. He has previously served churches both as pastor and as a volunteer elder. Married with three children, his desire is to see strong Bible churches established and strengthened across Shropshire.
