Safeguarding Statement

Our church is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. The welfare of everyone is of prime importance to us. If you have any concerns, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead, Joy Guest, on 07933319512 or email joyguest23@gmail.com or our Deputy Stella Swift, on 07960247347 or email stezzagh@gmail.com

The full Safeguarding Policy is available on request and is reviewed annually.

We recognise our responsibility to protect and care for all members of our church community. Our church adheres to all relevant national legislation. Our commitment includes promoting a safer environment, following safer recruitment practices, and responding promptly to concerns.

At The Bridge Church Telford, we believe that every person is created in the image of God and should be valued, respected, and kept safe from harm. We are committed to nurturing a safe and supportive environment for everyone, especially children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Our safeguarding policy is based on this principle, and we work diligently to ensure all our volunteers adhere to it.
